AE Electrical Solutions has a comprehensive safety program. Our excellent EMR (Experience Modification Rate) speaks to the effectiveness of our safety program. Simply speaking, an EMR compares worker's compensation claims to other companies of similar size operating in the same type of business. The average EMR for a company is 1.0. For the last ten years, our experience modification rate has averaged anywhere from 20 percent to 40 percent better than average. We believe that is directly related to our excellent safety program.

We have received safety awards from a variety of organizations. However, the STEP Platinum Award we have received for the past several years from the Associated Builders and Contractors is one of the most meaningful, as it is awarded by our peers.
